Returns
You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Include all original packaging
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, simply contact us at info@mothandmagnolia.com with your order details. We’ll be happy to assist you with arranging an exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction before the funds appear in your account.
